Refunds
Annie Latrice takes pride in our merchandise. We take time, to ensure that all items are inspected for quality and properly packaged prior to shipping. However, if there is a need for a return or replacement, please review the policies below.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards, are final sale and may not be returned. The balance can be used anytime after the purchase date.
Returns
In order for the item(s) to be approved for return:
- Item(s) must appear unworn
- Item(s) must be in original packaging
- Item(s) must have original tags still attached
- The item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery date
In the event that you would like to return an item, please send an email with the return shipping tracking number to at info.annielatrice@gmail.com. Please use the subject line of "RETURN, [Insert Order Number]"
We will notify you, once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you will receive store credit.

Please Note: Annie Latrice is not responsible for package loss or mishandling by the postal service. For issues with delivery, please contact the postal service provider. We encourage choosing a shipping option that includes insurance, for additional protection.
Replacement
We replace items if they are defective. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if a item is defective or if you receive the wrong item. In the event that your order arrives, and an item is defective in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info.annielatrice@gmail.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the email, please include your order number. At that time, we provide further instructions for replacement.
In order for the item(s) to be approved for replacement:
- Item(s) must appear unworn
- Item(s) must be in original packaging
- Item(s) must have original tags still attached
- The item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery date
We will notify you, once we’ve received and inspected your item(s). If approved, you will have the option to exchange the item, or receive store credit.
